Administrative Assistant



This position is located at the Awakening Evangelism headquarters in Mobile, AL, USA.





  • Correspondence

    • To quickly, kindly, and professionally respond to and manage all booking/scheduling inquiries submitted through

    • To quickly, kindly, and professionally respond to and manage all general inquiries submitted through

    • To coordinate with host churches and potential host churches regarding Mattie’s travel arrangements, speaking events, resources, and travel rider.


  • Scheduling

    • To develop and maintain Mattie’s travel/filming/office/interview schedule

    • To develop and maintain an office schedule for the Awakening Evangelism team

    • To book flights, hotel rooms, rental cars, etc. as needed to accommodate Mattie’s travel needs.

    • To keep the “schedule” sections of and up to date with upcoming speaking events, and other important dates.


  • Resource Development

    • To maintain an on-hand inventory of ministry resources (ie: books, t-shirts, sermon CD’s, info cards, etc.)

    • To receive, package, and fulfill all online resource orders

    • To order/pack (and, as needed, ship) resources for Mattie to bring to speaking events

    • To administrate the design and development of apparel and other resources to be sold on www.MattieMontgomery.comor, and also at Mattie’s speaking events

    • To develop, update, and manage online stores for and


  • Media

    • To keep an up-to-date catalogue of videos, quotes, photos, and graphics from Mattie’s events, the AE team, or our partner ministries to be shared via social media

    • To find and archive audio and video recordings of Mattie’s past messages for promotional use

    • To post regular (daily) content to all social media outlets (twitter, facebook, instagram)

    • To correspond with followers (answer questions, give encouragement, etc.) across all platforms

    • To come up with creative ways for the ministry to expand the reach of our Social Media platforms
